There is a lot of names for these vanadium and chromium beryl crystals from Nigeria. Some say they’re emerald because they’re not colored by iron. Others call them green beryls, but this one is much more blue, like an aquamarine.
Whatever you call them, they have magnificent color, luster, and shape.
There’s no color editing or filters used here. It really looks this deeply saturated, with zero damage, and a cool frosty termination.
